The Seattle Seahawks are 3-point favorites over the Miami Dolphins in Week 12.
The Seattle Seahawks visit the struggling Miami Dolphins this Sunday in Week 12. After the line opened at even, the Seahawks are now 3-point favorites according to OddsShark. The total is currently set at 37½ points.
This contest features two teams with rather anemic offenses. Seattle is scoring just 19.8 points per game, while Miami is even lower at 18.7 points per game. The Seahawks have the better defense, giving up 16.1 points per game to 20.5 points per game allowed for the Dolphins.
Seattle has done very well against the spread so far this season, going 7-3. However, they have not been nearly as good against the spread on the road. The Seahawks are 2-3 against the spread on the road as opposed to 5-0 at home. Miami is 4-6 against the spread overall and just 1-3 at home.
This will be the first game between the two teams since 2008. Miami won that one at home, 21-19.
