Dallas probably should have covered Niles Paul

Stay connected with SB Nation

RGIII hit a wide open Niles Paul for touchdown number four.

On second thought, the Cowboys might ought to have at least someone accounting for Niles Paul who was all by his lonesome.

Paul didn't need to be that open for his quarterback to find him. Robert Griffin III hit his fellow rookie for a touchdown on third-and-1 early in the fourth quarter. Paul gets the ball deep, and rolls right in for the touchdown:

Think about this for a minute. Redskins are on third-and-1, and Mike Shanahan lets his rookie quarterback throw the ball. That's touchdown number four for Griffin, who matched his total from last week's game.
