Atlanta is favored by a FG in a Thursday night rematch of their only loss this season.
The Falcons have become the king of late escapes in recent weeks, beating the Cowboys by 6, the Cardinals by 4 and the Bucs by 1 in three of their last four games.
The odds-makers expect that pattern to continue on Thursday, as they've made Atlanta a narrow -3 point favorite over a Saints team that gave them their only loss of the season.
After falling to the 49ers on Sunday, the 5-6 Saints have no margin for error if they want to get back into the NFC playoff picture. The 10-1 Falcons, meanwhile, would move closer to securing home-field advantage in the playoffs with a victory.
The over/under of the game is 55.5, which would be slightly under the final total (58) of their first regular season game. With Matt Ryan and Drew Brees at the helm of two of the most explosive offenses in the NFL, Thursday night could be a high-scoring game, particularly since it's being played on the artificial turf of the Georgia Dome.
