Most experts are picking the Atlanta Falcons to defeat the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night.
The Atlanta Falcons will look to avenge their lone loss of the season when they host the New Orleans Saints on Thursday night at the Georgia Dome.
Back on Nov. 11, New Orleans ended Atlanta's bid for a perfect season with a 31-27 home victory. The win was the Saints' fourth straight win over the Falcons.
Atlanta has rebounded since that loss, winning two straight tight games against Arizona and Tampa Bay. New Orleans has split their last two outings, blowing out Oakland before falling to San Francisco.
While Atlanta is sitting pretty on top of the NFC, New Orleans is a desperate team at 5-6. The Saints need a win to help get themselves back in the NFC playoff picture.
While New Orleans has had a lot of recent success against Atlanta, most experts think the Falcons will pull this game out. Seven out of eight experts at CBS Sports have picked the Falcons, as did two out of three at Yahoo! Sports. However, SB Nation's Joel Thorman is predicting a Saints victory.
