@RobRang/Twitter
According to Rob Rang's Twitter bio, he is a "Senior NFL Draft Analyst for NFLDraftScout.com, The Sports XChange and CBSSports.com." He's one of the most respected writers in the scouting business. And today he tweeted this:
1. This quick note is your reminder that people are the worst.
2. Scouts, especially.
3. It's also a pretty good argument for athletes staying off Twitter. Because no matter what they say, as we said, people are going to be the worst.
4. There are a lot of legitimate criticisms hanging over Mathieu as he tries to recover from a lot of disastrous choices and a background that's haunted him from day one. This makes it doubly infuriating that any respected "analyst" is seriously talking about a 2Pac lyric and Mathieu's maturity in the same sentence.
5. Is this the maturity the NFL expects? Is that a question or a statement? Did Rob Rang just make us all a little dumber? WHO KNOWS.
