The rest of the Ravens inactives are: defensive back Asa Jackson, running back Bobby Rainey, offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, wide receiver Deonte Thompson, tight end Billy Bajema, defensive end Pernell McPhee and defensive tackle Bryan Hall.

Inactives for the Browns are: defensive back Demetri Patterson, running back Brandon Jackson, safety Tashaun Gipson, full back Owen Marecic, defensive tackle Ahtyba Rubin, offensive lineman Jarrod Shaw and wide receiver Josh Cooper.

Defensive tackle Phil Taylor, a second-year player out of Baylor, will come off the PUP list this week and start. Tight end Alex Smith is also active this week. He will start at full back for the Browns.
