Two disappointing games may result in a shakeup to John Harbaugh's staff in Baltimore.
John Harbaugh's Ravens opened the season with Super Bowl hopes. Then the Ravens lost two in row to the Steelers and the Redskins. The disappointing results could prompt a coaching change to Harbaugh's staff, according to a bombshell dropped Monday morning on The Dan Patrick Show.
The report was vague. Harbaugh could replace a coordinator or dump a position coach. There's always the possibility that the situation changes and nothing happens, at least nothing that is outwardly visible.
Take your pick as to who might get the boot. Offensive coordinator Cam Cameron's unit is thoroughly underwhelming. Injuries have taken a heavy toll on the defense, but coordinator Dean Pees could be hot water after the Ravens blew two leads over the last two games.
Losses by the Steelers and Bengals this week allowed the Ravens to keep a cushion in the AFC North race. What Baltimore does over its remaining three games will determine its playoff fate. With games against the Broncos, Giants and Bengals, the schedule is no cake walk.
