The Green Bay Packers enter Sunday's game against the Chicago Bears with a chance to clinch the NFC North, and Vegas pegs them as 3-point favorites on the road, according to Oddsshark. The Bears, meanwhile, are looking to avoid a second straight season of plummeting out of a solid playoff position in the final quarter of the season.
Last week, Green Bay scored a comeback victory over the Detroit Lions amidst a snowstorm in Wisconsin. That bumped their record to 9-4 on the season, while the Bears fell to 8-5 after a dispiriting road loss to the Minnesota Vikings that saw its offense flounder. Vegas sees a relatively low-scoring game, setting the over/under at 42 despite the teams averaging nearly a combined 50 points per game.
Both teams have ben middling against the spread this season, with the Packers going 7-6 and the Bears going 6-6-1. One important aspect to watch is Chicago replacing injured kicker Robbie Gould with Olindo Mare, a veteran free agent unaccustomed to cold weather who hasn't kicked in an NFL game this season.
