A pair of division leaders square off Sunday afternoon when the New York Giants visit the Atlanta Falcons. The Falcons have already wrapped up the NFC South, while the Giants are looking to solidify their spot in the NFL's postseason.
The Falcons (11-2) come into the game off a surprising 10-point loss to the Carolina Panthers (4-9). The Panthers raced out to a 23-0 lead and held on as Matt Ryan threw for two second-half touchdowns. Ryan leads the fourth-best passing team in the NFL with 346 completions for 3,932 yards and 24 touchdowns.
The Giants (8-5) have been consistently inconsistent of late, but won last week in convincing fashion, 52-27, over the New Orleans Saints. Running back David Wilson led the Giants in that game with three scores, including a 97-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Two out of New York's final three games are on the road, so stealing this one would be huge as they look to hold on to the NFC East.
