US PRESSWIRE
Despite battling a sore knee, the Falcons' star wide receiver will play Sunday against the defending Super Bowl champs.
The inactive lists for the New York Giants' and Atlanta Falcons' Week 15 contest have been released, and Falcons wide receiver Roddy White will play on Sunday (1 p.m. ET on FOX) in the Georgia Dome despite dealing with a knee injury.
Listed as questionable on Friday, White did not practice during the week. There was a lot of doubt about whether or not he would play for the Falcons (11-2), who host against the defending Super Bowl champs.
White, who has a team-high 77 catches for 1,140 yards and five touchdowns, has yet to miss a game in his eight-year career.
Also playing will be safety William Moore (hamstring), defensive tackle Jonathan Babineaux (ribs), and wide receiver Harry Douglas, who were all listed as questionable on Friday.
The Falcons will be without quarterback Dominique Davis, wide receiver Tim Toone, safety William Moore, guard Phillipkeith Manley, guard Harland Gunn, defensive end Lawrence Sidbury and tight end Chase Coffman.
As expected, the Giants (8-5) will not have running back Ahmad Bradshaw in the lineup because of a sprained knee. Rookie David Wilson will get his first career start.
Also on the inactive list were cornerback Prince Amukamara (hamstring), safety Kenny Phillips, safety Tyler Sash, defensive end Adewale Ojomo, tight end Adrien Robinson and defensive tackle Marvin Austin.
The Giants will have linebacker Michael Boley, who did not practice all week.
