Kirk Cousins will start at quarterback for Washington in place of Robert Griffin III Sunday.

Rookie quarterback Kirk Cousins relieved an injured Robert Griffin III last week and led the Washington Redskins on scoring drives to tie and ultimately win against the Baltimore Ravens in overtime. Sunday against the Cleveland Browns at 1 p.m., Cousins will get a chance to show what he can do for an entire game.

Griffin is on Washington's inactive list this week after Cousins took all of the first team reps in practice this week. Joining Griffin among the inactives for the Redskins are punt returner Brad Banks, wide receiver Dezmon Briscoe, linebacker Roddrick Muckelroy, guard Josh LeRibeus, offensive tackle Tom Compton and guard Adam Gettis.

Inactive for the Browns are full back Owen Marecic, defensive back Trevin Wade, special teams player Johnson Bademosi, offensive tackle Jarrod Shaw, wide receiver Josh Cooper, tight end Brad Smelley, safety Eric Hagg and running back Brandon Jackson.

Washington has won four straight games and Cleveland has won three straight heading into Sunday's game.
