The Browns can notch their first winning streak of the season with a victory over the Raiders on Sunday.

The Cleveland Browns haven't won two games in a row since the second and third weeks of last season, but they can change that with a victory over the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. At 3-8, the Browns are far out of the playoff race, but with new ownership taking over the team this season, both coaches and players are competing for jobs next season.

The good news for the Browns is that the Raiders have been unimpressive so far this season, entering the game with a 3-8 record as well. That said, the Raiders haven't won in over a month -- their last victory came on the road over the Kansas City Chiefs on Oct. 28. Since then, Oakland has lost four straight games to teams -- Tampa, Baltimore, New Orleans and Cincinnati -- that are in the thick of the playoff race.

The Browns, meanwhile, have been competitive over the last month -- beating Pittsburgh and Cleveland while narrowly losing to Indianapolis, Baltimore and Dallas. They'll look to keep that momentum rolling on Sunday when they head to the Bay Area.
