The Bengals hope to continue their play off push, while the Chargers try to snap a skid that has seen them lose six of their last seven games.
The Cincinnati Bengals' slim playoff hopes can be kept alive with a win over the struggling San Diego Chargers at Qualcomm Stadium on Sunday.
The Bengals (6-5) will try to win their fourth consecutive game and keep their push toward the AFC's final playoff spot rolling on Sunday. They are battling the Baltimore Ravens -- who are playing a Pittsburgh Steelers squad without Ben Roethlisberger on Sunday -- for that spot and cannot afford to lose to a struggling Chargers team. Cincinnati's defensive line has been superb of late, racking up four sacks in each of the last three games.
San Diego (4-7) is desperately trying to snap a skid that has seen them lose six of their last seven games. Quarterback Philip Rivers has suffered from his offensive line's inability to block. Rivers has been sacked 10 times in the Chargers' last two games and is second in the NFL in interceptions with 14.
