Devin Hester is among notable players inactive for Bears-Seahawks game.
Chicago Bears wide receiver Devin Hester is among notable inactive players for the team's game at 1 p.m. Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
Hester, also a return man for the Bears, has 18 catches for 203 yards and a touchdown this season. Hester sustained a concussion last week against the Minnesota Vikings and did not practice this week.
Joining Hester on the inactive list for the Bears are wide receiver Alshon Jeffery, quarterback Josh McCown, defensive back D.J. Moore, offensive lineman Chris Spence and defensive linemen Matt Toeaina and Cheta Ozougwu.
Inactive players for the Seahawks are wide receiver Jermaine Kearse, wide receiver Charly Martin, defensive back Marcus Trufant, linebacker Leroy Hill, offensive tackle J.R. Sweezy, offensive tackle Mike Person and defensive tackle Jaye Howard.
Trufant, the team's nickel back, injured his hamstring in last week's loss to the Dolphins, which could impact Seattle's pass defense. Walter Thurmond is expected to take Trufant's place in the lineup.
