These are two groups of great chaps.
The Browns of Cleveland, and Raiders hailing from Oakland are full of sporting gentlemen who enjoy playing sports. Unless you live in one of those cities, it's unlikely you have been able to witness the battle between Carson Palmer and Brandon Weeden (a rookie three years younger than Palmer).
As you can see, it's going swimmingly! Weeden is making ill-advised throws, and the genial chaps in silver and black seem unwilling to punish him for making ill-advised throws -- which is just smashing of them.
