Way to go, buddy!
In some ways, this news is bittersweet. For so long, it seemed like the Redskins would never have a reliable kicker. Odds weren't in Kai Forbath's favor. The UCLA alum is the 19th kicker to play for the Redskins since 1995.
But the undrafted Bruin got his shot after replacing Billy Cundiff and promptly booted a 50-yarder for his first career field goal. All he's done since is make every kick he's taken, 17 in all, which is good for an NFL record.
Kai Forbath 42 yard FG is Good he now holds the record by himself with 17 straight FG’s to start a career. 7-6 Eagles still lead

Way to go, Cobra Kai. Skins fans are hoping he'll put another 17 in a row through the uprights.
