Cleveland Browns quarter Brandon Weeden is being looked at for a shoulder injury and is questionable to return against the Denver Broncos. Weeden went out after a Von Miller sack and has been replaced by backup Colt McCoy.
The Browns are currently trailing Denver 24-6.
Weeden is 12-of-19 for 104 yards, without a touchdown or an interception. McCoy came in and, like clockwork, was sacked on his first pass attempt. He is currently 1-of-2 for 0 yards.
Known for his advanced age in comparison to other rookies, Weeden has taken every snap at quarterback for the Browns this season and came into Week 16 with 57.2 percent completions, 3,281 yards, 14 TD and 17 INT in fourteen games. McCoy started thirteen games for the Browns last season, completing 57.2 percent of his passes for 2,733 yards, 14 TD and 11 INT but was not seen as the quarterback of the future for Cleveland, hence the draft pick spent on Weeden.
UPDATE: Weeden has officially been ruled OUT for the rest of the game.
