Brian Urlacher will miss his fourth straight game for the Bears.
The Chicago Bears (9-6) need a win over the Detroit Lions (4-11) Sunday in the season finale as well as a loss by the Minnesota Vikings to the Green Bay Packers to make the playoffs. They'll have to get that win against the Lions without star linebacker Brian Urlacher.
Urlacher, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, has missed the last three games for the Bears. He has 68 tackles and an interception, which he returned for a touchdown, in 12 games this season.
Also inactive for the Bears are: safety Chris Conte, who has a hamstring injury, linebacker Blake Costanzo, who is out with a calf injury, and running back Armando Allen, who has an injured knee. Healthy scratches for the Bears are quarterback Josh McCown, offensive lineman Cory Brandon and defensive tackle Nate Collins.
Inactive for the Detroit Lions, who need a win to avoid closing the season on an eight-game losing streak, are: quarterback Kellen Moore, running back Kevin Smith, defensive back Drayton Florence, safety Ricardo Silva, offensive linemen Jason Fox and Corey Hilliard, and defensive end Ronnell Lewis.
