The New England Patriots are slight favorites at home against the Houston Texans.

The New England Patriots are slight favorites against the Houston Texans in one of Week 14's highly anticipated matchups.

The Patriots opened as 4-point favorites, and the line now sits between -3 and -4, depending on the betting service. The moneyline also favors New England, as the Patriots are valued at -175, while the Texans are +155.

The over/under ranges from 51½ to 52½, which is one of the highest lines in Week 14. The key matchup of this game will be Tom Brady and the New England offense versus J.J. Watt and the Houston defense. The Patriots own the top-ranked scoring offense in the NFL, while the Texans have the fourth-toughest defense. The Houston offense is also a top-flight unit, as they rank second in the NFL in points, although they average six fewer points per game than New England.

Both teams already clinched their spot in the playoffs, so this is a battle for eventual playoff seeding. The teams would have a first-round bye in the playoffs if the season ended today.
