Demaryius Thomas went to the locker room for further examination of a shoulder injury and is questionable to return.
Demaryius Thomas is questionable to return to Thursday night's Oakland Raiders vs. Denver Broncos game after heading to the locker room to have his shoulder examined. Thomas came up injured after making a catch when he was hit hard by multiple members of the Oakland defense.
It was Thomas' second catch of the game, out of four targets from Peyton Manning. The two catches gave him a total of 31 yards prior to leaving the game. Thomas has emerged as Manning's primary target this season, with 69 catches for 1114 yards and eight touchdowns.
Manning may be without Thomas to throw to for the remainder of the game, but he has connected with six other receivers so far tonight. Denver was having little trouble moving the ball against the Oakland defense, but a rare red zone interception by Manning kept a score off the board and gave the Raiders a bit of momentum, though they trail 13-0.
