David Richard-US PRESSWIRE
Cleveland Browns cornerback Dimitri Patterson is active for the first time since Week 5. Ricky Stanzi and Steve Breaston are inactive for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Cornerback Dimitri Patterson will be active for the Cleveland Browns for the first time since injuring his ankle on Oct. 7 against the New York Giants.
Patterson had 25 total tackles, five passes defended and no interceptions prior to his injury.
With Patterson active, the Cleveland Browns' inactive list is as follows: defensive backs Trevin Wade and Eric Hagg, running back Brandon Jackson, full back Owen Marecic, defensive tackle Ronnie Cameron, offensive lineman Jarrod Shaw and wide receiver Josh Cooper.
The Kansas City Chiefs have also named their Week 14 inactives: Quarterback Ricky Stanzi, wide receivers Steve Breaston and Devon Wylie, defensive backs Kendrick Lewis and Abram Elam, running back Nate Eachus and defensive tackle Jerrell Powe.
Breaston has played in nine games for the Chiefs this season but has amassed only seven receptions for 74 yards. His 2012 campaign is a significant drop-off from prior years. Last season, he caught 61 passes for 781 yards.
