The Seattle Seahawks schedule for the upcoming 2012 NFL season was released on Tuesday. Nothing especially surprising happened with the release of the Seahawks schedule, but for a team not known to have a lot of national appeal, Seattle was given a pair of primetime games early in the season.
The Seahawks will play the Green Bay Packers on Monday Night Football in Week 3 for a game at Seattle and then head back to the national stage during Week 7 as the visiting team for a Thursday Night Football matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Seahawks full schedule is included below.
Week 1: Sept. 9 - at Arizona Cardinals
Week 2: Sept. 16 - vs Dallas Cowboys
Week 3: Sept. 24 - vs Green Bay Packers (Monday Night Football)
Week 4: Sept. 30 - at St. Louis Rams
Week 5: Oct. 7 - at Carolina Panthers
Week 6: Oct. 14 - vs New England Patriots
Week 7: Oct. 18 - at San Francisco 49ers (Thursday Night Football
Week 8: Oct. 28 - at Detroit Lions
Week 9: Nov. 4 - vs Minnesota Vikings
Week 10: Nov. 11 - vs New York Jets
Week 11: Nov. 18 - BYE
Week 12: Nov. 25 - at Miami Dolphins
Week 13: Dec. 2 - at Chicago Bears
