It's been a long week for Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III. Days of media appearances and photo ops and all the other requirements of a young media icon in the days before the NFL Draft can take their toll. But Griffin seems like one cool customer.
He was in Washington DC on Saturday, being introduced to throngs of adoring fans at FedEx Field. The cameras caught him as he hopped in a limo for the ride over to the stadium, just in time for him to do this ...
Tired? Yes, but the guy has more charisma in that thumb than some players have in decades of spotlight.
Needless to say, Redskins fans were in more than a little happy to see the man tasked with turning around years of frustration and futility.
