The Miami Dolphins have agreed to a contract with first round pick Ryan Tannehill.
Fans who are neutral when it comes to the Miami Dolphins might have been sitting around hoping for a lengthy Ryan Tannehill holdout, simply because of what it would have meant for HBO's "Hard Knocks."
Unfortunately for them and very fortunately for Dolphins fans, the team has come to terms on a contract with their first-round draft pick and he will report to training camp, per Adam Schefter.
Dolphins and Ryan Tannehill have reached agreeenent. He's now reporting.

Tannehill is expected to be the quarterback of the future for the Dolphins, but he's not a lock as the starter in 2012. He'll have to beat out Matt Moore and David Garrard in training camp. Garrard has been a serviceable starter in the past, but did not play last year. Moore has put up respectable but unspectacular numbers in his time as a starting quarterback.
