More than 1,000 former NFL players have filed suit against the NFL for head-related trauma suffered during their career.
Priest Holmes, former Ravens and Chiefs running back, is not one of those players, but he did take enough hits throughout his career that he's feeling the effects of a decade of head trauma. Holmes spoke to The Daily about getting hit so hard in his career that the sky changes colors.
"This color obviously isn't going to be blue. It can be a color that can be orange. It can be red. The sky could turn green," Holmes told The Daily. "There's even an episode where you see a clear light, like light at the end of the tunnel."
This is a new one to me but unfortunately I imagine other NFL players know exactly what he's talking about.
