Zach Miller Injury: Seahawks TE Suffers Concussion Vs. Titans

The Seattle Seahawks revealed that tight end Zach Miller suffered a concussion in their matchup with the Tennessee Titans.

Tight end Zach Miller suffered a concussion on the hit that followed his second catch of the game. Coach Pete Carroll noted that it didn't appear to be a severe concussion, but that it was a concussion, and Miller would follow the league protocol before he would return to practice.

The NFL has put emphasis on concussions the past few seasons so, despite how "severe" the concussion is, Miller will have to go through the myriad of tests before returning to the football field.

Miller has dealt with concussions before in past seasons, suffering one last season with the Seahawks and two in one season back in 2009 with the Oakland Raiders, the team that originally drafted him in the second round of the 2007 NFL Draft.
