On Monday morning, the New York Jets practiced the team's wildcat package with Tim Tebow for the first time in front of the media. While glimpses of the formation had been seen in goal-line drills earlier in August, the full extent of the scheme had not been made readily available.
With the practice closed to the public, the media is restricted to the extent that they can report on the formation, as they are unable to provide what personal was involved or how the team plans to use it.
However, it appears as though the package will be included in offensive coordinator Tony Sparano's offensive attack and that Tebow will be in the mix. Sparano assisted in reviving the wildcat during his tenure as the head coach of the Miami Dolphins.
