Donald Penn has been cleared to return to Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have activated offensive lineman Donald Penn, who can now begin to practice with the team. He had been out since the start of training camp because of a calf injury.

Penn will not play in the Bucs' preseason game against the Tennessee Titans on Friday night.

Penn, who is a seven-year NFL veteran, has been with Tampa Bay since the 2006 season. Since the start of the 2007 season, he has played in 80 games for the Buccaneers, 76 of those as a starter.
