According to a report from The Tennessean's Jim Wyatt, the Tennessee Titans have decided that Jake Locker will be their starting quarterback when the regular season begins. Locker had been battling with veteran Matt Hasselbeck for the starting job.

Locker struggled a bit in the Titans' second preseason game, a 30-7 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- he completed four of 11 pass attempts for just 21 yards and threw one interception. In the team's first preseason game, Locker completed seven of 13 passes for 80 yards.
The Titans will return to the field on Aug. 23 to face the Arizona Cardinals.
