On Monday, Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams confirmed the team's decision to go with Jake Locker at quarterback. General manager Ruston Webster and head coach Mike Munchak spoke with Adams about the decision, and Adams told them he's in complete agreement.
"They knew I was interested in (Locker). They called me to see what I thought and I said, "That’s my man." Everyone is on board with this one, and I left it that way. I didn’t tell them they had to do it, I just told him I thought he was young enough and tall enough and he can run with the ball,’’ Adams said.
Adams added that he believes Locker is talented enough to eventually lead the Titans back to the Super Bowl.
