Jim Leonhard, who played for the Jets last season, is headed to Denver on a 1-year deal.
The Denver Broncos added some depth at safety Saturday when they agreed to a 1-year deal with Jim Leonhard, according to a report from Jason La Canfora.

Leonhard's health is still a question as he is coming off a torn patellar tendon he suffered in week 14 of last season. He spent the last three years of his career with the New York Jets, playing in 13 games last year before suffering the injury.
If he is healthy, he could add some depth and experience to the Broncos secondary. Leonhard has played in 94 games during his seven-year career, playing for Baltimore and Buffalo in addition to the Jets. He has six career interceptions.
