A knee injury limited Rashad Jennings to eight carries on Sunday.
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Rashad Jennings left Sunday's game against Minnesota with a knee injury, but head coach Mike Mularkey does not believe the injury is serious. Jennings' status for Week 2 is uncertain at this point.

Jennings, who tried to play through the injury, finished his day with eight carries for 31 yards. He started in place of Maurice Jones-Drew, who missed most of the preseason while holding out for a new contract. But if Jennings is forced to miss time because of this injury, Jones-Drew could be back in the feature back role more quickly than anticipated, as SB Nation Fantasy notes.
Jones-Drew finished Sunday's game with 19 carries for 77 yards. The Jaguars fell in overtime to the Vikings, 26-23.
