Arian Foster Back At Texans Practice After Illness

Houston Texans running back Arian Foster returned to practice on Thursday after leaving Wednesday's practice with an illness, according to the team's site editor. Head coach Gary Kubiak said on Wednesday that Foster had caught a bug that was going around the Texans' locker room and that the All-Pro back should be ready for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Said Kubiak, according to CBS Sports:

"We got a few guys not feeling well. [Foster] came out and started practice, and, about a quarter of the way into it, started feeling very poorly. So, obviously, we got some little bug going on or something. So, hopefully it doesn't get too bad."

Cornerback Johnathan Joseph also returned to practice on Thursday after suffering from the same illness.

Last Thursday, Foster had to leave practice because of a minor knee issue, but he put up 79 yards on 26 carries in Houston's 2012 season opener. The 6'1, 228 pound back scored two touchdown as the Texans defeated the Miami Dolphins 30-10.

Joseph left in the middle of that game because he was not feeling well.
