Andrew Luck is off to a great start in the Indianapolis Colts' home opener on Sunday. Shaking off his three interceptions last week against the Bears, Luck marched his team down the field on a 13-play, 80-yard scoring drive.
A 41-yard pass to Donnie Avery put the Colts at the Vikings' three-yard line. On third down he hit tight end Dwayne Allen just inside the goaline with dart through coverage that gave the Colts a touchdown on their first possession of the game. Take a look:
Luck is 4-for-6 so far with 68 yards and a touchdown. As an added bonus, they chewed up seven minutes of clock time on the scoring drive.
Colts fans aren't even thinking about the Denver Broncos and that one quarterback they used to know.
For two teams that aren't being counted on to do much this season, the Colts and Vikings are making for a pretty good game.
