New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw left the team's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the second quarter with an apparent neck injury. Bradshaw hurt it making a block, which caused his head to move awkwardly.
After taking an offensive series off, Bradshaw was taken back to the locker room to have X-rays taken on his neck to determine the extent of the injury.
Before leaving the game, Bradshaw had 16 yards on five carries. He had 78 yards on 17 carries in the Giants' Week 1 loss to the Dallas Cowboys, also scoring one touchdown. Last season, Bradshaw rushed for 659 yards with nine touchdowns in 12 games as he dealt with a number of injuries. The Giants currently trail the Buccaneers, 10-6, in the second quarter.
