Pocket presence is hard to define. Normally we mean a QB's ability to stand tall under pressure, shake off a would-be tackler, and find a way to move around the pocket in a way that can extend a play. Some quarterbacks like to move around in a small space, others like to use athleticism to run around the edge, Matt Cassel likes to rely on past experience.
"Oh jeez, look at that mean guy. C'mon Matty, think fast. Got it!" *Collapses in fetal position*
This pretty much sums up the Chiefs' day, a game in which they're losing 35-3 against the Bills.
