The St. Louis Rams aren't very good. That's sort of an obvious thing to say. But they're pretty lucky in one respect. No matter how miserable their season may be, they will count the world's happiest man among their many fans. On Sunday, the world's happiest man was made even happier when his party was tossed a touchdown ball. See the infectious mirth for yourself after the jump.
After the Rams scored a second-quarter touchdown against the Washington Redskins (and were still losing), this happened. Luckily enough for us (and for the world), it was caught on camera.
