The St. Louis Rams opted to trade the second pick in the 2012 NFL Draft to the Washington Redskins this year so that Washington could draft Robert Griffin III and St. Louis could get a boat load of draft picks. One reason the Rams were so eager to trade that pick is that they had quarterback Sam Bradford.
Bradford is reminding the front office why they hung onto him in Sunday's game against RGIII and the Redskins. Bradford is 19-for-26 with 240 yards and a pair of touchdowns, including this 34-yard bomb to Brandon Gibson.
Gibson went down the field on a go route. Bradford connected with him on a perfect throw to put the Rams on top.
