Bears' running back Matt Forte was the most notable injury the Week 2 for the NFC North.

The NFC North injury report for Week 2 is relatively clean compared to other divisions on Monday, with the most notable player going down being Matt Forte. The Bears' running back left Chicago's game against the Green Bay Packers last Thursday in the third quarter with an ankle injury. Reports have surfaced that Forte has suffered a high ankle sprain.

High ankle sprains are notorious for being painful and difficult to play through. Forte will miss time, with Michael Bush to get the carries in his absence.

The Packers were lucky enough to avoid any major injuries in their 23-10 victory.

The Lions and Vikings were in action on Sunday. Neither team suffered any injuries of note in losses to the 49ers and Colts.

Head to Pride of Detroit for the Lions, and The Daily Norseman for the Vikings.
