New contract, no physical? Only Peyton Manning gets a deal like that in the NFL. 'Bomani & Jones' walks us through the last 18 months in Manning.
Peyton Manning didn't look so hot against the Falcons. It was enough to make some wonder if he might be toast. This, of course, a week after some guy said Manning "emphatically dismissed" any questions about whether he was ready to return to the NFL.
There have been lots of ups and downs since Manning had neck surgery last spring. The funny part is how we've gone through the ups and downs, even though we weren't able to see Manning throw. Or doctors. Or even that certain we remember how hard Peyton used to throw the ball.
But that's what we've done, and that's what "Bomani & Jones" will discuss. It's a post-surgical timeline of No. 18's football career...even though he's only played two football games. But don't worry -- we jump to reach lots of conclusions.
