The Green Bay Packers will be favorites by more than a touchdown when they host the New Orleans Saints on Sunday at Lambeau Field.
The Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints opened the 2011 NFL season with a classic down to the wire game at Lambeau Field, but when the Saints return on Sunday, oddsmakers are projecting a much less tight game. New Orleans -- who at 0-3, will be looking to salvage their 2012 campaign -- will enter the game as 9-point underdogs according to Oddshark. Only two other games currently feature larger spreads -- the Houston Texans are 13.5-point favorites over the Tennessee Titans and the Baltimore Ravens are 12-point favorites over the Cleveland Browns.
Oddshark does envision a high scoring game, though: the over/under of 54 is the highest of the week. New Orleans' disappointing start to the 2012 season has been felt at sports books, as Drew Brees' squad is 0-3 against the spread so far this season. Green Bay, for their part, haven't fared much better, with a 1-2 record against the spread that matches their actual record.
