The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles will battle it out on Sunday for the top spot in the NFC East.
The New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles have a huge Sunday night showdown at Lincoln Financial Field for early season bragging rights in the NFC East.
New York has been playing terrific in recent times after losing in their openere against the Dallas Cowboys. Despite struggling against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for most of the game, Big Blue righted the ship and earned a victory.
Last Thursday, Eli Manning and co. pounded the Carolina Panthers 36-7 on the road to move their record to 2-1.
Conversely, the Eagles have been looking like a team living on borrowed time. Even though Philadelphia is also 2-1, the team has had a hard time with turnovers once again. Michael Vick has already given the ball away nine times, including three against the Arizona Cardinals in a 27-6 loss last weekend.
The Eagles have shown a balanced attack offensively, ranking eighth in the league in both passing and rushing yards with 281.7 and 135 yards per game respectively.
