Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is active in week 4. We break down the fantasy implications.

New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski (hip) is active and set to start week 4 against the Buffalo Bills. Gronkowski was a late addition to the injury report this week but his injury shouldn't be a concern to fantasy owners. He hasn't been quite as incredible this season as he was in his record-breaking 2011 season, being primarily used as a blocker in pass situations but with Aaron Hernandez out, he could see increased targets today.

Fantasy Take: The Bills have shut down tight ends so far, but few in the league are as talented as Gronkowski even if he "only" has 156 yards in three games. Without many other options and Julian Edelman out as well, Tom Brady could target Gronkowski over ten times in the passing game today. He's a fine start in fantasy.
