The Falcons meet the Chiefs in Week 1.
The Atlanta Falcons head into their Week 1 game against the Kansas City Chiefs as favorites, and most experts around the country expect them to prevail. Kansas City has the home-field advantage in this one, but the Chiefs are coming off a losing season, while the Falcons are fresh off a playoff berth.
All eight of CBS Sports' NFL experts are picking the Falcons to defeat the Chiefs, while three of Yahoo! Sports' experts are also going with Atlanta. Les Carpenter is the lone dissenter there. Over at ESPN, there's more disagreement, as the experts are split 50-50 between the two teams.
Kickoff between the Falcons and Chiefs is set for 1 p.m. ET on Sunday.
