The Patriots and Titans clash in Week 1.
The New England Patriots and Tennessee Titans will each look to start off the 2012 regular season on the right foot when they meet in Nashville on Sunday afternoon. The Patriots have won eight consecutive season-opening games, while the Titans are feeling confident following a preseason in which they won three of four contests.

New England is once again expected to be a contender in the AFC, but Tennessee's future is a bit more uncertain. Much of the Titans' fortunes in 2012 figure to be tied to quarterback Jake Locker, who will be making his first career NFL start. Locker beat out veteran Matt Hasselbeck for the job.

Odds: New England is favored by anywhere from 5.5 to 6.5 points.
