Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch will not be suspended for his offseason arrest on DUI charges, according to a report from CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora.
The NFL has decided to wait until the case gets resolved before making any further judgement, which in all likelihood won't happen until 2013, keeping Lynch on the field this season. If he has troubles with the law again things could change as the league reserves the right to reconsider it's decision. Lynch has already had a meeting with Commissioner Roger Goodell concerning this matter.
The sixth year back out of Cal signed a four-year, $31 million contract extension in March after rushing for a career high 1,204 yards and 12 touchdowns last year for the Seahawks.
