Offensive tackle Rodger Saffold went down with an apparent leg injury in the fourth quarter of the Rams game against the Detroit Lions.
Saffold was the 33rd overall pick in the 2010 draft. He played all of his rookie season, but missed seven games last year after he injured his pectoral muscle lifting weights.
It isn't clear from the replay what happened to Saffold but he wasn't able to leave the field on his own weight and was carted off the field.
The Rams are currently tied with the Lions 20-20.
