Russell Wilson's fantastic preseason has not made for a seamless transition to football that actually counts. Nevertheless, he has shown some of the same traits that had so many excited about his debut season, especially on this touchdown pass to Sidney Rice in the third quarter of the Seattle Seahawks' Week 1 game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Wilson read the defense prior to the snap, made adjustments and went through his reads to find a leaping Sidney Rice on a crossing route in the end zone. That is the first regular season touchdown for Wilson, and a rare healthy appearance by Rice.
