The Falcons have scored again, and the Seahawks have no answers.
The door has likely been shut on the hopes of a Seattle comeback after they allowed the Atlanta Falcons to march down the field, opening the lead back up to 20 points.
This time it was running back Jason Snelling who scored on a 5-yard pass from Matt Ryan. Capping off a 14-play, 80-yard drive, it typified what has been happening for much of the game. Atlanta aren't leaning on their big plays; they're marching the ball down the field and playing effective football in the red zone. Scoring on five drives, the Falcons have yet to punt -- this as the third quarter is coming to a close.
For the Seattle Seahawks, Sunday's playoff game has been the perfect storm, resulting in their worst football of the season. Giving up almost 350 yards, the Seahawks remain on pace to have their worst defensive performance of the season. Ryan has yet to be sacked.
