Kenny Britt drives brother to hospital after stabbing, won't talk to police

Jim Brown-US PRESSWIRE

Kenny Britt took his brother to the hospital after an altercation at a party led to a stabbing. He is refusing to speak with police.

Tennessee Titans WR Kenny Britt finds himself tangled up in another off-field incident. According to the Jersey Journal, Britt took his brother to the hospital for a stab wound early Sunday morning. Britt's brother was reportedly stabbed in the back during a fight at a birthday party and treated for non-critical injuries at the hospital.

Britt refused to speak with police. He dropped his brother off at the hospital and returned to the party to pick up his girlfriend. About 90 minutes later, gunshots were heard at the same place where the initial fight took place.

A fourth-year veteran, Britt has been plagued with legal troubles his entire career. He's been involved in eight off-field incidents and served a one-game suspension at the start of the 2012 season. He finished the season with 45 catches for 589 yards and four touchdowns.

The details are still sketchy and it's unknown whether Britt himself is directly involved, but it's yet another off-field distraction he didn't need.
